2010-2011 Immunization Requirements from the State of NH:

Tdap vaccine: A child who is 11 years of age or older, and it has been 5 years or longer since the last documented dose of a tetanus toxiod-containing immunization, the child shall receive a booster dose of tetanus diphtheria, acellular pertussis(Tdap) vaccine, except if the child has a medical contraindication to pertussis vaccine, in which case the child shall receive tetanus diptheria toxoid (Td) vaccine.

If a student turns age 11 years after the first day of the 2010-2011 school year, they are required to have a Tdap (Td) by the first day of the next school year.

Varicella Vaccine:

For 2010-2011 school year, students entering sixth grade and seventh grade will be required to have received 2 valid doses of varicella vaccine(chicken pox), or have documentation of immunity or history of disease as reported by parent or health care provider is acceptable.
