PTO MEETING DATES 2026-2027
Meetings are held in the CMS Media Center. Meetings start promptly at 6:00 pm and end on or before 7:00 pm. All are welcome!
- 9/15 Meeting In person 6 -7 pm in CMS library
- 10/6 Meeting In-person 6 -7 pm in CMS library
- 11/3 In-Person 6 -7 pm on library
- 12/8 Meeting held at 110 grill to stuff envelopes and set up for holiday cheer. Not the typical first Tuesday of the month.

Fall Fundraiser~ Harlem Wizards~ November 19, 2026
For the 2026-2027 we have invited the Harlem Wizards to come join us for a community event. This event is sure to sell out.
When: November 19, 2026
Game Start time: 6:30 pm; Doors open at 5:30 pm
Where: Exeter High School, 1 Blue Hawk Drive, Exeter, NH
Food for sale: pizza, water, gatorade/powerade, soda, chips, and candy
Ticket Sales:
General admission: $15.00
Reserve: $25 ( First three rows of courtside)
Courtside Plus: $50.00 VIP treatment
Children under 3 are free and we kindly ask that they sit in their guardians laps.
CMS PTO FOCUS: CMS Community
-Continue to enhance outdoor learning areas. Last spring the PTO purchased 30 plastic Adirandock chairs and a pergola that will be installed this year.
-Support outdoor recess time by supplying frisbees, kick balls, soccer balls, and footballs. We will continue to add as student requests come in.
-Continue to support enrichment opportunities for students through guest speakers, performers, and more.
FAMILY BINGO NIGHT~ January 22, 2027
The CMS PTO is planning on hosting a family bingo night this year on January 22, 2027. Families are able to purchase pizza and snacks here, or bring their own take out or snacks.
This is a free admission event where we encourage families to have some fun.
- Raffle tables are set up with pretty cool swag
- Snacks are available for purchase
Winners walk away with cash!
BOX TOPS ARE GOING PAPERLESS
Box Tops are in the process of decreasing their carbon footprint! The phase-out has begun. New boxes have a scan option that makes collecting Box Tops easy peasy.
We also collect paper ones all year long! Last year we collected $600.00+. Imagine if each of our students were to bring in just 50 Box Tops? We would net $6,500!!
